He spent years inside a major RIA, building the HR systems that let advisors focus on clients instead of HR crises. He knows what breaks at 10 employees, what breaks at 25, and why the conversations between a managing partner and an office manager rarely go the way either person planned. He was in those rooms.

His Series 6, 65, and 26 background was built from the inside of the advisory industry, not alongside it. That is what separates NOL from every generic PEO and HR consultant in the market. Bryan understands that comp tied to AUM creates different dynamics than comp tied to gross revenue. He knows what a U4 consideration means for a job description. He understands the FINRA supervision structures that shape how advisory firms hire and manage people. That knowledge doesn't come from a textbook. It comes from having operated inside the same environment as the clients he now serves.

Outside of work, Bryan and his family are active at their church, where he serves as a High School Boys Youth Leader. He reads widely, has a documented weakness for history documentaries, and makes time for video games with his kids whenever they'll let him.
