- Understand which services are most relevant to financial advisors
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not add you to any marketing list without your consent.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following service providers that process data on our behalf. Each is bound by their own privacy and security standards:

4. Cookies and Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — for example, which pages are most popular or what general region visitors are from. This data is anonymous and aggregated. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics, and we do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
If you prefer not to be included in analytics, you can use a browser-level privacy extension or ad blocker.
5. Data Retention
We retain your contact information for as long as we have an active or potential business relationship. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days unless we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.

- Right to know what personal information we've collected and how it is used
- Right to request deletion of your personal information

EEA and UK residents (GDPR):
- Right to access your personal data

To exercise any of these rights, email bryan@nolsolutions.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data storage (Supabase), TLS encryption for all data in transit, and role-level access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
8. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
