• First name, last name, email address, phone number
• Firm name, state, current team size
• What services you're interested in and any role you're looking to hire
• Notes or questions you choose to share

Tool inputs:

• Cost Calculator: pay type, salary or hourly rate, advisor type
• Hiring Assessment: firm size, AUM, growth metrics, operational information

We do not collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, health information, or any other sensitive personal data through this website.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule a strategy call
• Send you the cost estimate or hiring plan you requested from our tools
• Email you about new resources or content you opted into receiving
• Understand which services are most relevant to financial advisors

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not add you to any marketing list without your consent.

Our website and services are intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
